Safer Saving and Backup Recovery

🔄 Improvements

• Students now see clearer reassurance in licence emails that their maps and notes remain theirs even if a licence ends or is reclaimed.
• Organisation admins can now enter student first and last name separately when lending a licence, making records cleaner and easier to manage.
• Student names from loan licences are automatically copied to the student’s profile on activation if the profile doesn’t already contain a name.
• Small UX improvements in the organisation dashboard (cleaner layout, improved button labels, better alignment and pagination behavior).

✨ New Features

• If a remote save fails, the app now warns you and offers a one-click “Save to disk” recovery so you can download your work as an .ivvi file and avoid losing changes.

• When restoring from a backup conflict, the recovered file now opens automatically in a new tab, so you can immediately continue working.

• The app now detects newer local backup versions when opening or reloading a file and warns you if a more recent local snapshot exists.

🛠 Fixes

• Fixed: Local backups are now updated even when the connection drops during saving, preventing offline data loss.
• Fixed: Save status reporting is now accurate instead of sometimes incorrectly appearing as failed.
• Fixed: When an older tab is opened, newer local backups are preserved instead of being overwritten.
• Fixed: Conflict restore now creates a separate file safely and only removes backup entries after a successful restore.
