Transcription Panel Upgrade and Recording Stability Improvements

🔄 Improvements

• Transcription is now placed in the standard right-side panel, making the workspace layout consistent with other tools and allowing the panel width to be resized.

• Improved the layout of the transcript side panel so it opens full-height at the right edge and integrates smoothly with recording controls.
  The record button now slides smoothly when the panel opens instead of jumping.

• Simplified the dictaphone prompt menu.
  The “Don't ask again” option was removed, and closing the prompt now permanently dismisses it, reducing confusion.

✨ New Features

• Added assistant pinning to the bottom of the transcription panel.
  You can now place the assistant directly under the transcript instead of only near branches or on the left.

• Introduced a clear pin location selector with a popover menu.
  This makes assistant placement explicit and predictable instead of cycling through locations with repeated clicks.

🛠 Fixes

• Fixed an issue where recording time could freeze after the speech-to-text connection restarted.
  Recording timelines now continue correctly, and new audio chunks receive accurate timestamps.

• Fixed student registration occasionally applying a license key twice.
  This ensures subscription durations are correct (for example, a 1-year key no longer becomes 2 years).

• Fixed cases where the account could briefly show a free plan after activation due to stale cache data.
