Chrome Offline Sync and File Management Update

🔄 Improvements

  • Chrome now syncs files and attachments in the background without requiring a persistent connection.
  • Chrome now supports automatic saving in offline mode. Changes are saved without requiring manual save.
  • File and attachment synchronization has been made more reliable and compatible across Chrome and Electron, reducing unnecessary transfers and automatically repairing outdated metadata.
