New sign-up experience, local webinar times and better email communication

🔄 Improvements

• Simplified registration into one consistent sign-up flow. Existing sign-up links continue to work and now lead to the latest experience.
• Webinar times are now shown in each visitor's local time zone on sign-up pages and in emails. Signup page Email
• Updated transactional emails with consistent ivvi branding, including the new header, footer and button styles.
• Marketing emails now include a working unsubscribe option, while essential service emails such as password resets and account verification remain unaffected by marketing preferences.
• After an update is deployed, switching or creating a map automatically loads the latest version without interrupting the map you're currently working on.

✨ New Features

• Introduced redesigned Create Account and Login pages with a clearer layout and an optional privacy choice for helping improve ivvi.
• Added an in-app email verification reminder, allowing users to continue working without being redirected during the initial reminder period.
• Added a redesigned welcome and account activation email.
• Added a new site footer and a more compact cookie preferences card.
• Admins can now configure the default trial length directly from Registration Settings.

🛠 Fixes

• Fixed: Users with password-based accounts can once again choose "Sign in by email instead."
• Fixed: New users no longer receive a duplicate legacy activation email.
• Fixed: Removed unavailable desktop app and Chrome extension download buttons from the welcome email.
