Better Bookmark and Menu Experience

• Fixed: Bookmarks now correctly fall back to the branch colour when a numbered colour is unavailable.
• Fixed: The Dev menu now appears in the modern layout when enabled in settings.
• Fixed: Short submenus in the modern layout now stay aligned with the menu item that opened them. Before After
